That Moment When You Start To See Your Body Change
I’ll never forget how that feels.
A little over two weeks ago, I decided to change my diet and joined a very scientific type of diet.
Since that day, I lost a little over 4kg of my weight. I did not starve myself at all. I had a specific menu, and I still keep to it in this particular process phase.
Afterward, my dietitian and I monitor what I eat. I learn to recognize which foods make me fatter, faster.
Then, I’m prepared to deal with my meals myself. The dietitian is teaching me to prevent the situation I was in from the beginning.
I’m excited to update you when I lose 10% of my weight!
