I’m Taking a Break From Medium

I know this will cost me followers and exposure.

First, let me be clear: I’m not leaving Medium for good.

During the last few months, trying to publish here felt more like a chore than an enjoyable thing I loved to do. And while I’m no stranger to procrastination and delaying, I feel like I have some more critical things to deal with right now.

My strategy on this site needs to change. I’m receiving less than a hundred views on any piece I publish consistently. And frankly, at this point, I’m getting more views on my Ghost blog than on Medium.

So, I’m going to invest in other areas & not spread myself too thin, and when I finally do come back to Medium, it will be for submitting to pubs more.
