Fixing My Sleep Patterns — Day 1

It’s about time I did that.

I woke up at 6 AM today and hoped to accomplish a lot of things.

I did nothing.

It’s infuriating to me that from 6:00 to 8:00 I could have accomplished so much but I drank a coffee and lounged at my computer feeling like a door mat which was stepped on thousands of times.

And no, I have no one to blame but me. I went to sleep last night at 00:30. How did I expect it feel after 5.5 hours of sleep?

Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve been doing this. I fucked my sleep a long time ago and it’s time to fix that.

This is why I’m starting this challenge. I’ll be posting every weekday a short update with a picture of my face to see if sleeping more is having any positive effect on me.

As it looks now, I definitely need improvement:

Look at those black bags under my eyes. That was 8.15 AM.

Hopefully, fixing my sleep will be the first in many new exciting changes in the near future.
